GRANDE TANKS

GRANDE tanks are a self-contained above ground fuel storage tank (AST) and fuel management solution for diesel, gasoline, lubricants and other hydrocarbon liquids – from 11,000 to 107,200 litres.

In the Canada, if you store over 1,000 litres of fuel for commercial purposes you must ensure you have a self-contained bunded (upstand) construction for spillage containment.

Bunded areas should be sized to hold 110% of the capacity of the largest storage tank and are traditionally constructed from concrete or masonry adding to project costs and build times.

GRANDE ABOVE GROUND FUEL TANKS REMOVE THE NEED FOR TRADITIONAL BUND WALL CONSTRUCTION AND CONTAINMENT

Our GRANDE series above ground fuel tanks are manufactured using a steel double-walled construction, essentially a tank within a tank.

This integral secondary containment system creates an internal self-bunded solution and ensures traditional bund wall containment areas are no longer required.

GRANDE Double-Walled Tank = SFL primary tank + interstitial space + secondary external tank. This complies with all secondary containment requirements for above ground storage tanks.

Self bunded fuel storage with integrated pump bays makes for a flexible fuel storage tank and management solution in any location with minimal site preparation.

And getting it there is easy as well.

All GRANDE tanks are constructed to international ISO container footprints for ease of transport and transfer. The standard footprints are 20′, 40′, 48′, and 52′, utilizing the container lock dimensions, which ensure ease of transport, saving your business time and money.

Pressed corners and a reinforced top means a robust tank for your fuel storage needs. The main points in this design are a curved tank roof finish, greater capacity for safe fill and the ability to see under the tank.

All above ground and visible for ease of monitoring and maintenance.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT/COMPARTMENTS WITHIN THE ONE TANK

GRANDE tanks can be supplied with ready-to-use pumps, reels, meters and filtration. Standard and custom build add-on compartments can be specified to hold lubricants, coolant or waste oil as required.

Multi products within same tank footprint are available if required. End mounted security cabinets can be fitted including steel or roller shutter doors and internal spillage trays, to house pipe work, pumps, gauging, alarms and controls.
