Diesel Exhaust Fluid is a non-toxic, non-flammable, odourless and biodegradable additive designed to help diesel vehicles meet the latest exhaust emission regulations. It works in conjunction with a treatment system known as Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and is used by an increasing number of vehicle manufacturers.
DEF is a premixed solution containing 32.5% high purity urea, and 67.5% deionized water. Whilst safe to handle, it can be corrosive for some metals. This corrosive nature ensures the need for DEF products to be transported, stored and pumped with the appropriate equipment.

Stainless steel SS304 internal DEF tank with carbon steel outer tank.
Stainless steel SS304 to DEF tank components and fittings.
30mm Insulation board – Temperature range: 40℃ to 110℃.
Manway access with removable lid to internal tank.
Mechanical overfill protection valve.
Lockable pump bay with bund doors and rubber dust seal.
250-300 Micron thickness ‘WHITE’ paint finish as standard. Other colour options available upon request.
Supplied with all statutory signage.
